Brian Duquette
My dearest Brian,
I cannot stop thinking of you and how you died in pain. I wish I could have said goodbye and hug and kiss you one more time, or better yet, protect you as a mother should, and undo this terrible wrong.
They say time heals all sorrow and will help us through this, the worst time of my life, and I know I will continue to live, but for now I just exist because I miss you so much. I read your writing on happiness at your service, and I know I will be happy again, but not today, not for a long, long time.
What it meant to lose you, words cannot express. You have been my loving son, a caring brother and uncle, and a good, generous man in life.
I know you knew that Dad, and I love you, and we know you loved us. We will
love and miss you forever.
Until I see you in heaven..............Love from your heartbroken Mom
